Member Registration

It is each licensee's responsibility to ensure their information is accurate. Licensees can update their information through the Licensee Portal.

The Public Registry is intended for the search of individual professionals registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC to facilitate professional contact or verify licensure status. This information is not to be used for any commercial, marketing, or fundraising purposes.

Definitions

License Class

Full

Fully licensed in the designated health profession

Provisional/Conditional

Licensed in the designated health profession but subject to limits or conditions until entry-to-practice competence has been demonstrated

Temporary

Licensed in the designated health profession on a temporary basis.

Non-Practising

Registered with the College but voluntarily not practising—and therefore not permitted to practise

Student

Licensed in the designated health profession but not permitted to practise while completing educational requirements

Suspended

Not permitted to practise as a result of an Inquiry or Discipline proceeding regarding conduct, competence, and/or fitness to practise

Former

No longer licensed to practise in the designated health profession (licence has been cancelled)

Certifications

If the licensee has been granted any certified practice certificates permitted by the Regulation, they will be listed here.

Conditions/Limitations

If there are any conditions or limitations on the License, they will be listed here. Additional Information about conditions or limitations on a licensee's practice related to conduct or competence can be found on the Public Notices page.
